Stock Items: if you are unhappy with your item but it is not faulty, we will aim to exchange or refund your costs except postage fees.
Cues and Cases Made to Order - if we have made a cue to your specific dimensions or details then unfortunately we can not offer the same returns policy. Any incorrect measurement's confirmed at the time of ordering are the responsibility of you the customer.
Please Note
Returning a new cue to us is not an issue, we understand that sometimes things just don't feel right and that's ok and this is fine to return to us

Contact us in the 1st instance

Make sure there are no marks or knocks to the cue or case ( cues must be returned in the condition they were received in )

Cues must be returned in their original packaging to ensure their safe return.

Cues must be returned with 7 days of purchase

It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the courier
